How information is used

Information is used to respond to support requests, process order issues, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations when required.

Analytics may use aggregated traffic data without identifying individual Valorant Hacks customers.

Your choices and contact

You may request correction or deletion of support email data by contacting support@valoranthacks.org with your request details.

Policy updates publish on this page. Continued use of valoranthacks.org after updates means you accept the revised policy. Also see Terms of Use and Refund Policy.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies to operate the site and, when enabled, privacy-friendly analytics (Google Analytics or Plausible) to understand aggregated traffic — never to sell personal data.

You can block cookies in your browser settings. Analytics only loads when PUBLIC_GA_ID or PUBLIC_PLAUSIBLE_DOMAIN is configured at deploy time.

Data retention and international transfers

Support emails are retained only as long as needed to resolve your request or meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.

Checkout data is processed by our payment provider. valoranthacks.org does not store full card numbers. International visitors are covered by the same policy.

Children and California / EU rights

Valorant Hacks is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

EU/UK users may request access, correction, or deletion under GDPR. California residents may exercise CCPA rights by emailing support@valoranthacks.org.
